Hmmm... probably wasted some money.
10rd Pro-Mag, 8rd Factory Kahr, 7rd Factory Kahr
I bought two of the black magazines above. They're 10rd Pro-Mag magazines for my CW9, and I have heard very little good about Pro-Mag. That's probably the reason I bought them, got to prove the naysayers wrong. To many people will bad mouth a product only because they heard someone else say negative things about it. So if I'm going to bad mouth Pro-Mag I figure I will put my money where my mouth is first.
In all actuality they are not as nice as the Kahr magazines then again they only cost $14 dollar as opposed to the $36 I spent on the 8rd factory magazine. They also hold 10rd which will be nice for the occasional USPSA match. Despite them not being as nice as the Kahr magazine when loaded with snap caps they appear to function just fine hand cycling. Hopefully I get to the range Thursday and give them a try for real. I think they will work.
If they don't I think I might try putting some Kahr factory followers in them. The magazine bodies seem almost as nice as the Kahr but the follower are very cheap. Even with buying Kahr followers they are still cheaper than Kahr magazines. If all else fails I will pawn them off on ebay or the forums.
