Ride Today
Didn't get to ride last weekend or last week at all. Abby was at Nana's last night so this morning I did a solo ride. I rode to Chardon and back again, 24.1 miles round trip, averaging 13.7 mph, with an elevation change of ~580 ft and a max speed of 42.4mph. It was beautiful weather for the ride. We'll see how I feel Monday morning for work. The second day after a ride always seems to be the worst for me. Now I have to go mow the weeds I call and lawn.
