XM radio and the hard sell...
So I just got off the phone with XM radio and I'm a bit annoyed. I turned off the radio that was in GFWTR old mini (an aftermarket radio). The new Mini has Sirius built in and so I don't need the second subscription with XM. The service rep though really really pushed the hard sell on either keeping that radio active or selling me a new one, that I explained to him I don't need or want. I told him that the new car has Sirius and so now we are paying a full price XM and full price Sirius account and I don't need a discount on a third subscription. It was a bit annoying, they are making more money on me than they were and still the hard sell. He would have been better off trying to get me to upgrade my existing XM account. I would like to get my Web access back but I was so annoyed with him I didn't bother. I might just upgrade my free Pandora account just to spite them.
