The day started out lifeless even though sunlight was beaming through the window blinds.
I woke up like a zombie even though I had more than enough sleep last night.
The drive to school felt like draggy even though I was speeding like a racer.
Almost the entire day felt like a waste even though I got things on my to-do list done.
Not hearing your voice first thing in the morning...
Not having my daily craving of you filled...
...isn't good for my health.
I don't want to encounter a day like today again.
