Happy July, all!

It's a fantastic day out there. We just got back from a quick grocery, tea and turnover run across town. My little corner of downtown Milwaukee is a bit more hectic than usual right now due to Summerfest being in full swing just over a half-mile south of my building. just so you know... they got rid of Asian Moon Festival :( I guess it was the turnout was too low or something...

having said that, I'm actually aiming to go to ALL of them this summer, :) I'm a dork.

hmmm... it was a bastard fest anyway, so late in the year. Or was it early? I don't really remember.

You've been to them all so far, eh? I think I'm going to try to make Festa this year... not sure about any of the others. Irishfest is always nice. I do have these free tickets to Summerfest, so I'm sure we'll wander down there one of these days, if only for funnelcakes.

it was early...

I love IrishFest, probably my favourite by far... I didn't go to Pride, I mean... with all that rain, no thanks. So I started off with Polish fest, this coming weekend I'll go to Summerfest, then so on and so forth til I do them all.

I go to summerfest to get my hands hennaed... would you and Sanjit like to go to Summerfest with me tomorrow?

Oh yeah, we missed Pride, too. Actually, we didn't even realize it was going on until late that Sunday night. Thanks for the invite to S'fest! I'm not sure if you mean tomorrow/today or tomorrow/thursday. Tomorrow/Thursday I have plans with my sister, so that wouldn't work... not sure about today yet. Sanjit is at his optometrist at the moment.
