When E.’s new friend from school comes over to our house, the two of them like to spend half their time playing, and the other half sitting and reading books. Which is awesome.

A few months ago we stayed at a small bed-and-breakfast while visiting family in Portland, Oregon. Two of our fellow guests were a couple with their own self-published comic book imprint. I had to call in sick today. Time to dose myself with herbal tea and catch up on my reading. I'm almost done with Quicksilver.
