Vegas Vacation
In case anyone missed my comments, I have been away from LJ and the boards that I frequent.
My husband and I actually took a vacation. We haven't had a true vacation for probably 10 years.
We have had short, mini-vacations withing driving distance. But, for this one, we actually had to fly.
We went to Vegas for 4 days. It was totally out of our comfort zone. Neither one of us has ever been there or anywhere like it. But, we made the most of what we could. We saw 2 shows, took the Hoover Dam tour, saw a few attractions on the Strip and tried the slot machines for a while. I even indulged in a Swedish Massage.
It was fun, and if we never get back there, at least we can say we experienced it once.
