Eye on the prize
The last two weeks I have hit the ground at full fury. The learning curve is straight up. Not only working with core tasks, but also meeting with investors, qualifying vendors and keeping up with massive regulatory rules every step of the way.
My last job was good because it taught me how to manage several hundred million dollars worth of business. This job will be great because it will teach me how to build how biotech company from the ground up.
This time around my commitment is somehow figure out how not get sucked 100% into it, how to get R&R and how to keep my focus and progression steps towards my ultimate quest.
