Three days from RIGHT NOW, I will be running a 5K! I'm starting to get a little nervous about it -
the course is hillier than I'd expected. Riley and I did some (smaller) hills on our run last night, and they were *tough*. It didn't help that, as usual, I'd overestimated the cold and was dressed too warmly in pants and a short-sleeved shirt. The weather for the race
is looking pretty toasty - at least if it's in the 60s or 70s, there will be no question about what to wear. Temps in the 50s just confuse me.
Last night's run was 2.5 miles, and we did it in just over 30 minutes. I think 40 minutes for the 5K is a completely reasonable goal.
