Hey, it just occurred to me that I can copy and paste my workout totals from Fitness Journal into my livejournal. Here's March:
Swimming (pool): 5.9 hours; 14.4%
Rock climbing (indoor): 1.6 hours; 3.6%
Kite flying: 2.8 hours; 6.8%
Walking: 20.2 hours; 48.7%
Treadmill: 2.3 hours; 5.6%
Pilates: 4.3 hours; 10.7%
Core strength: 0.2 hours; 0.4%
Rowing (stationary): 0.7 hours; 1.9%
Stationary bike (recumbent and handcycle): 2.5 hours; 6.2%
Stretching: 0.8 hours; 1.8%
Totals: 41.5 hours
I'm disappointed in how little time I spent working on core strength, Pilates or otherwise. I've got to figure out some way to make that more interesting to me. And I'm appalled that I didn't go hiking or kayaking this entire month. The no hiking was partly making sure Riley was used to his new harness, but really, even with the storms we've have, there's no excuse for not kayaking - there have been some beautiful days lately.
I'd also like to up the amount of swimming, but almost six hours is actually pretty good for me.
