Washing and stuff
Oh, now look! The washing is four miles high again! You know how I promised myself I'd never let it get the better of me, well I lied!
I might just use the "we're moving" excuse not to do it. :D
Nicky has been so funny today. I went outside to my car and she followed closely behind. I heard the little pitter patter of bare feet so looked behind me and she had this huge grin on her face and screamed "DOO" at me, turned around and started running off squealing. God I love this age!
Lots of words lately, not much has stuck though. She repeats everything you tell her to repeat or "Nicky, say ----" and she repeats it! :D
She has also started to point to things and I have to tell her what they are. We walk around the house and she points and looks at my mouth while I tell ehr what it is.
She knows her nose now also. I say "where's your nose" and she puts her finger on her nose and then says "No" and shakes her head. I must try and teach her that her NOSE is different to the word NO. :P
Taya is getting really good at recognising her alphabet! She has been able to sing the song for about 2 years now but it's just a song she learnt, not her alphabet. I think we're up to about 15 letters that she can recognise if I point to them randomly. YAY!! Only 11 to go, then I can try to teach her to start reading. :D
