Rose Weasley
Rose Athena Weasley was born on November 30, 2005 in Ottery St. Catchpole in the Burrow. Grandma Weasley played midwife. Mrs. Granger strongly supported this. Mrs. Granger also provided Hermione with the latest edition of Our Bodies Ourselves and warned her that shitting after childbirth was entirely possible. Besides Hermione and Mrs. Weasley, Ron and Mrs. Granger were in the room. Labor was uneventful. Hermione did in fact poop, and whispered "Scourgify!" to get rid of the mess before Ron could notice. The new grandmothers both noticed, and both smirked. They also asked what they'd name her. Ron said he liked "Rose" and Hermione liked this too.
"She has your eyes, Ron," Hermione remarked. Rose's eyes would in fact remain blue, just like Ron's.
"Brilliant! She'll have my good looks and your brains and she'll be unstoppable!" said Ron.
Then Mrs. Granger suggested Athena as a middle name, for the goddess of wisdom. It was decided then - Rose Athena Weasley.
After Rose was done nursing for the first time, Hermione remarked that not only had their daughter inherited her father's eyes, but his appetite too, before both mother and daughter fell asleep. Ron chuckled and decided that after Hermione woke up, he would suggest Luna as godmother.
"She has your eyes, Ron," Hermione remarked. Rose's eyes would in fact remain blue, just like Ron's.
