Yo, thanks for the add a while back. I don't know you, but I like your style. I to like to write and I'm very passionate about alternative healing. I've had problems in the past that I didn't understand, but I do now. After doing intense research on the subject of health and what not, I've found that everything is linked to a good diet. If you have a deficiency in say, Magnesium, you will have severe anxiety, probably not be able to sleep, and an assortment of other problems. That's just one mineral. Trust I know all of this from experience. Now to the cramping and the nausea that you experienced, unless it's your time of the month, your body could be detoxing. What I mean is, once you start eating healthier and drinking the right amount of water everday, your body will in fact detox. Where do you think cancer comes from? It comes from a toxic body, that is dificient in namely the main minerals. If a body is deficient of the main minerals it's not going to be able to function as a whole. You see what I'm saying. I'm happy to hear that you had sex with yourself. Was it good? I hope so. If you are really interested in the real causes of your problems, research them. Just make sure you distinguish a good source from a bad source. I've some links to some good sources if you want them. I know some on the topic, but not everything. I hope you are doing better today. Oh yeah, I think it's cool you subscribed to my blog. Your the only one that has done so. Anyway, be cool, be real, be smart, and be easy. Later.
