too much strangeness

so I had a bit of a meltdown at rehearsal. The past couple of days have been excruciating. Tech runs are hell when you have a 5 hour stop-and-go and you are in the beginning and end of a show. You sit around and read. A lot. You get bored and your mind wanders. I started thinking about all the stuff that's really been messing with my head
