Getting ready for tomorrow!
I haven't been around at all lately to read my f-list or answer comments or even keep up with fests because I have been working like crazy to get stuff ready for tomorrow's market. To keep myself distracted and alert I have been marathoning Criminal Minds and now I see serial killers and psychopaths everywhere. Plus there is a voice in my head narrating my life that alternately sounds like Reid or Morgan. I need a break!
But not yet. Now I am still getting my stuff ready and packed for tomorrow. I don't know how I will get my unbelievably heavy suitcase there. It's impossibly hard doing markets with public transport when you make heavy stuff like notebooks. I'm not sure if I should pack my art-prints as well. I'd like to, but it is extra weight. And I don't even know if I have the space. I will die if yet again I break my back to take all this stuff to the market and don't sell anything and have to break my back to carry it all back again. If I were in Athens I would just take a taxi! (Or get a friend to drive me.)
So in case any of you Londoners want to come, the market is tomorrow in Brick Lane from 10.00 till 6.00. It's is in the Homegrown Section of the Truman Breweries Upmarket at 91 Brick Lane, London, E1 6QL. I will be sharing with a friend who makes the most adorable screen printed designs on t-shirts, baby-grows and other stuff.
