New logo and name
I've been AWOL lately because in between visiting my gran in hospital, going to work and working like crazy on making stock for next saturday's craft market, there haven't been enough hours in the day. It doesn't help that I work incredibly slowly lately, because I have to push myself just to get out of bed.
Anyway. I've been printing Doctor Who notebook covers and cards like crazy. I've tried printing some wimbledon themed notebook covers. I have only managed to print 2 wimbledon themed cotton scarves so far. But I hope to print six more scarves with 3 different prints. And make some more silk scarves. And sew up the notebooks. And order some prints of my London sketches. As you can see I'm running but not getting anywhere. Too many things to do!
I also have to finalise my fandom shop's logo and find a name so I can print out business cards for it.
This is my logo so far. It will be black and white like this for the stamp I'll order, but I was wondering if it would look better to have it in colour for the business cards and the etsy banner. Ugh, making gold in photoshop is a drag. I'll have to look up tutorials and I really don't have time. Anyone know a short-cut?
I had a crazy idea and am considering calling my fandom shop "starfish and stick". Do you think it's too obscure a name that only die-hard potter-ites will understand and comes across as silly, or do you think it's quirky and cute?
