Everybody has been doing memes like crazy, but I'm not really up to it at the moment. I actually shouldn't even be making this post at all, I should be applying for all the jobs I have open on my desktop. But it seemed an easy meme to do and I was curious.

Open the calendar of your livejournal and post the first sentence of the first post of each month. That is your year in review.
January: I really didn't have the time to make as many handmade cards as other years.
February: So yeah, where was I?
March: It is annoying when you take part in a fest and the original prompter doesn't comment, isn't it?
April: Where did the day go? Where did the last three days go for that matter?
May: I'm taking a break from stamping a silk scarf as a present for my grandmother.
June: I haven't been around much because I've been very busy doing stuff.
July: OK, I am poor and I am going to a wedding on the 13th of July that I am spending more money than I can afford to get to.
August: I've so much stuff to tell you, but not now.
September: I bought myself some new trousers.
October: I'm gearing up for christmas and busying myself making stuff, when I really should be applying for jobs instead.
November: I have been meaning to make this post for ages!
December: I'm in the middle of block printing my christmas cards, because tomorrow is the last day I can post to you unlucky people all the way over in Australia and New Zealand to get it there before Christmas.
So what can we tell from this? That I like starting my posts with vague sentences, descriptions of what I am doing at the moment and questions. These first sentences more often than not have nothing to do with the actual subject of my post!
