With what is said about regains, these are subject to plotty whims, but it's a good idea to have a list of characters who can produce heat of some kind so people know who to go to for that kind of plot.

For me, Patchouli Knowledge, Virginia Maxwell, and Dizzy can all produce flames/heat.

Martha has experience dealing with really bad stuff, given she spent a year on her own in what's practically a post-apocalyptic society. She'll be good to go with treating people, and she'll have learned to do it without the trappings of modern medicine if she has to.

Klaus is a mad scientist and comes from a world where almost everyone is a doctor. He has at least one mad science healing engine that works on large wounds and could probably jury rig more on the fly, to say nothing of basic first-aid skill.

Oh! Forgot to mention, he can perform fairly invasive surgery in conditions that wouldn't normally allow for it. Basically, anyone who gets badly injured around him is guaranteed to at least not die immediately -- so long as he keeps his Spark.

A few members of the DA have been working on caching supplies since their early November meeting. Caesar will likely be opening up what they have to those who lack supplies at some point.

Bazett has been stockpiling food ever since the last two events. She's not a member of the DA, and she's not going to be actively distributing, but if she runs into anyone who needs food, or anyone goes up to her and asks, she will probably share. However, she will also probably be asking around to see if anyone else has supplies that they want to share with her.
