With what is said about regains, these are subject to plotty whims, but it's a good idea to have a list of characters who can produce heat of some kind so people know who to go to for that kind of plot.

For me, Patchouli Knowledge, Virginia Maxwell, and Dizzy can all produce flames/heat.

Utsuho Reiuji can't make fire on her own just yet (she needs the yatagarsu for that), but she can control outside sources of flame and normally has a very high body temperature.

She might try borrowing someone else's fire at some point.
