[Hong Kong's already dropped off the huge pile of firework's that he's made. Now he's gone back to his house again to fetch the lion dance costume.

That's why you're now face to face with one of these, blinking at you and occasionally opening and closing its mouth a bit. It's currently lacking anyone in the back end of the costume though, which is why that's dragging along the floor.]
