Are you ready? Summer Dramas 2009!!
If the summaries aren't that accurate, blame my lack of time but every season I try to make a list. Probably I'll end not watching any of them, but is a good follow up. XD;;
Futatsu no spica. It has Mukai Osamu and Channaka, there shouldn't be a doubt about why watch. Unless you really don't believe in astronaut stories. XD
No angel no luck: Kenken, Fujita Ray (<|:D) aaaand Shouma Yamamoto. *___*
Otomen: Okada Masaki and Setomaru keep being teenagers and present a story out of some CLAMP manga, as Masaki portrays a cool popular guy -he's at the top of Kendo team- who happens to like shoujo manga, cooking and have sewing talent. Of course, his secret personality will be disclosed by a transfer student. I smell Musou Shoujo vibes.
Buzzerbeat: Basketball and Yamapi, two things I don't like that much. Of course, Yamapi will have a love triangle and Mizobata Junpei stars as well.
Orthros no inu: A Johnny's battle, if you haven't had enough with Maou. Takizawa Hideaki Vs. Nishikido Ryo. Guys with the power to heal or kill with contrasting hearts.
Kochikame: KATORI SHINGO. HAYAMI MOKOMICHI. Adventures on a police station. Who cares? it's Mokomichi and Katori Shingo.
Haken no Oscar: A temp worker who loves shoujo manga and when his boss announces a budget cutting, she hears the voice of Lady Oscar compelling her to make justice. >>;; Liz, I'm looking at you.
Maid Deka: After the murder of a maid in an mansion in Osaka, a detective sends one of her maids to go undercover at that mansion and help investigate.
You want vampires this season? Koishite Akuma is about a vampire living in the human world, attending highschool and falling in love with his homeroom teacher.
Ninkyo helper: SMAP's Kusanagi is a Yakuza boss who ends up working as a nursing helper with his fellow mobsters as part of his training. Kuroki Meisa (the nun of 1 pound no fukuin) will be Kusanagi's rival à la Yasuko to Kenji. You wonder why Jutta-kun dyed his hair blonde again? He's in. (Isn't he getting stereotyped? O.o But I might be bitter because he won't be in Rikkai finals because of this one)
Also starring Igarashi shunji and Naka Riisa (the maid of Hachi One Diver), Yamamoto Yusuke and the Takagi Bros.
MW Dai-0-sho: a Special based on Osamu Tezuka's manga, MW, in which Takeru, out of necessity is forced to stain his hands in evil. Poor boo. xD BTW, seems that there will be a summer movie too, wonder if Takeru will be in it too. >>;;
Just now SBK annouced that they'll be probably sub Karei Naru Spy, with SMAP's Nagase Tomoya and Anne (Ken Watanabe's daughter), about a swindler who instead of being convicted is used by the government as an antiterrorist spy. >>;;
