Over the past few months I've been trying to take better care of myself, such as having a plan for what to eat instead of just getting breakfast and lunch wherever. As noted in a recent post, I has been a-baking. My family gave lunch at church today, which is a big deal. (The way my church does it, we have morning service, lunch together, and then afternoon service.
