No Gem and Jymm? Laaame. :< She better be there next time--I want to hear about jokes.

I've just finished the first season of Supernatural, and am having fun typing out a crossover between it and one of my old fandoms. <3

Yeah, fandom's an interesting phenomenon that way. It creates common ground for people to have something to talk about when they approach each other, and.. I don' tknow, opens the way for further interaction, which is really the beginning of friendship.

Oh, we made plenty of jokes. They were just...unsuitable for polite company. :) Maybe next week I'll have more quotes to share.

Oh, I do! I care very much. I feel helpless to actually DO anything about it, but the care is there. :) I hope things get better soon.

I think the only things that most people can do (apart from the supportive hugs) is link to the bushfire appeal fund, so that others see it and donate if they able. :)

I come for the fiction, I stay for the hugs.

Most women go for the double choc and cookie dough ice cream when they're depressed and upset. I go straight for the fanfiction. Specifically SPN and SG1 (both full of unexpected fluff and pick me ups). Believe me when I say you are a god send for this sort of thing!
