Wow. I didn't realize how many acronyms there are in Special Ed. I have to take a class just to figure out what they all mean. Or maybe just read some extra books. I think this thing is plausible. oh and you might at some point find handy the site i put together at behavioral research and teaching - actually it focuses more on administration in the no-child-left-behind milieu, but yeah: project prepare (i dunno how well maintained it is now, but anyone can make an account and poke around)
