To Do list for today!
Just back from a skiing mini-break with my fam, and in addition to the usual work (unpacking, laundry, cleaning, ARGH!) I've got a fandom to-do list....
1) Christmas Charity Story for urbanmama1 ....coming soon, "L'Esprit d'Escalier, or The Witch on the Staircase".....
2) Oh, dear, last day for R/Hr award noms....
There was too much goodness this past year for me to skip the nominations! Especially from my co-conspirators at hp_canon_fest , rhr_smutfest , and rwhg_ldws ... I'll spend some time on this today, I promise, my friends!
3) This year'shp_canon_fest will follow a Pick-a-prompt format instead of the gift format. Last year's fest yielded some of the best fics across fandom, and confirmed my long-held belief that no matter the OTP or the tone (dark fics? like writing about antagonists? Prefer R/Hr or H/G or those "hinted at" peripheral couples? THE BEST WRITERS ARE CANON WRITERS 'CAUSE THE CANON WRITERS DON'T STOP!!!!!" Ahem. Do play along and at least throw some prompts in the ring...the more prompts, the more oppotunities to read great fic later this spring!
