Photo Interlude - "On Dirait Le Sud"...
I'm posting this per sjoes' request, but also because it's almost summer, and this morning I felt the urge of changing my NYC Twitter background to put a Saint Tropez picture there instead.
And, one thing leads to another, it made me think about LE SUD! (South of France!)
Like Nino Ferrer, greatly missed by the way, used to sing it, (HERE!) with this melancholic melody, almost like the rocking sway of a hammock under the sun.
Anyway... Saint Tropez, Aix en provence, Marseille, Nîmes, le Lubéron...
