If you pursue eight hours of data entry at a temp job like I did today, it creates an effect similar to that of cabin fever, or just general insanity. So, to counteract such, I walked to the eastern prom and laid down in teh grass for about an hour after I finally got out work with vision slightly blurred from starring at a computer screen all day. I tried to write, but sometimes a scene can be diminished by attempts to capture them, so I stopped and just laid there for a long time.
I saw those see-through bacteria you can see when you look up into a blue sky. This got me thinking; what did people think of seeing that before gene theory came about? I've always known I was seeing, in some weird way, bacteria on my eyes, I guess, but what would someone from the renaissance think that was?
