By this time I readily believe that the marathon courier has died at the end of the run. The experience I had yesterday was probably the toughest one in my life. The best tags to describe it will be pain and misery. Now, looking back it all seems very logical an expected though. Visiting Semuc Champey - "a liquid paradise" was really nice.
The problem is that the distance there from the hotel (El Retiro, in Lanqín - two thumbs up!) is just 10km...
This number remembered me that I didn't run for quite a while. Actually since I left Antigua.
