i once had a customer call up, and ask me why we were watching her
i was like "uh, we're not. we can't see you through the tv."
and she said there are hundreds of tiny cameras in the coax cable
i told her we couldn't do that even if we wanted to
she wanted to speak with someone who knew what they were talking about, since i didn't even know about the tiny cameras.
