A super bias thing or...a stupidity...?

It's been a while since I wrote something here in my journal. There are actually a lot of things crossed my mind and I could've wrote something but I didn't so now, before this thing I have in mind disappear...I'll write something about it.

The idea crossed my mind several days ago or to be exact a week ago, I believe...after SM Town concert in my country, I saw an article that made me laughed.

So, there was an article in a huge local website talked about how amazing the SM Town Concert was and in the title, there was a question about the looks of these SM artists. At first, it talked about the performances of SM artists and how they did a great show. Okay...I nodded my head and sometimes rolled my eyes while reading the article. From this article, I could say the author is a huge fan of K-Pop who kept on praising the artists performed and the looks means facial features of these artists. Wait a minute, wasn't this article questioning the looks?

Well, the article turn out to be a bias article with only praising and praising. I didn't find any problem aside the article was too bias. I could still accepted it with only rolling my eyes. But then I read these sentences;

"In a glance, Korean artists faces are similar. The women have fair skin, red lips, beautiful black hair and quite narrow eyes, and of course it's the characteristic of Korean beauties! The men are tall, fair skinned, athletic and sixpack (it means having muscular abs)!"

That question above killed the credibility of the author. Why did he point the already obvious things? Yes, Korean artists are stunning for most people (not for me :P). I thought that a lot of people agreed about this fact. But since the title mentioned something about the facial features of Korean artists those look the same, I thought that it would be an article with suspicions towards plastic surgeries done by the artists (again). But it turned out to be a total failure and it's not my fault if I laughed at the article.

I often read stupid comments displayed on internet and bias articles wrote in personal blogs but in a website that supposed to give the reliable news, this was...actually not the first time too.... XD This article I read from a website that until now known to have lame authors. I think half of the authors are lame and that article was just sooooo...stupid!

the world around me, random thought
