Author Meeting
Because I feel like being spamtastic, guess what?
Elizabeth Kostova (who is from Ann Arbor, btw), she is the author of The Historian for those who don't know, is doing a book-reading/signing at the Rochester Public Library next Tuesday night. It's a VERY limited entry event, and boy oh boy, guess who gets to go? MOI. I'm SO excited! I've wanted to read the book since I first heard about it (before it was published), but I decided I'd just pop it on my Xmas list. Mom bought it for me. So I haven't read it yet, but I know I'm going to love it and now I get to have her sign it and meet her and listen to a reading. Squee!
Er, for those who live in lovely big cities where stuff like this happens all the time, this is like a HUGE deal for here.
And yes, I am a yo-yo of emotions, so Shhh.
