JKR New info on site stuff
So I've typed out into a spreadsheet the OotP notes, for two reasons: 1. I'm a dork and just do things like that because it's easier to read, 2. I'm the type that has to physically write stuff (or type stuff!) for it to sink in.
My findings?
She switched the names of OotP and DA: OotP was originally Harry's group and DA was originally Dumbledore's group. That's odd to me.
Two references to Tonks and Lupin. Grr. This suggests to me that she knew all along that she'd have them hook up, contrary to the fact that NO ONE can find any hint of some Remus/Tonks action in OotP (and don't feed me the 'she had everything planned out' BS. If she had every single detail of every single book planned out, it wouldn't take her two years to write each one)
The 'Ginny/Cho' column insists to me that there was meant to be some conflict between them, jealousy perhaps. (and a big HAHA to those who didn't think Harry and Ginny should've got together *mean*)
I am an idiot and it took me ages to figure out what she meant by 'firehead'. *facepalm*
