Aka, totally awesome book:

Double Star by R.A. Heinlein. Read it. Right now. It's about 180 pages and pretty light reading. It's a little like Icarus Hunt but with less action and more intrigue. And less broad-band alien detail and more specific about certain ones. Sweet book, go read it. I reiterate. READ ( Read more... )
