With the Simpsons, I wasn't that weirded out by Grandpa and Selma after he was with Mrs. Beauvier. Burns liked her and Marge, and even though she didn't reciprocate, I felt Selma was lonely enough to. The subplot was funny.
Family Guy felt really wrong when they got into the Lois/Clinton adultery bit, and I didn't think the conclusion really made it right either. The rest was funny, though, including Stewie and Brian.
The Winner's second episode was much better than the first. I don't even remember all that much about the first one. Glen and Josh are so much alike, it's great. The resolution was pretty good, too.
Family Guy's conclusion didn't make it right at all but it was the best they could do. I too thought the adultery bit was wrong and wish they hadn't done it. But since they did they ended it the best way they could.
I still think Grandpa and Selma is creepy and a bad idea.
Wait, was Grandpa/Selma hinted at previously? From what I've been reading at No Homers, it seems like that was part of the "They'll Never Stop The Simpsons" song.

There were definately some funny bits in the Simpsons but the entire story idea was bad so there was only so much they could do with it.
