Monday I had the day off. I went to central market and got stuff to try making an oat pilaf. It was okay, but I can see several areas where it could be easily improved. After that was tennis,and then Kyu and I went for dinner at Plucker's to get AYCE wings. Emily Dubin came along.
Tuesday I watched the official Furtado Creek naming ceremony pass the city hall online. After work I saw Kyu's orchestra concert.
Yesterday night JJ invited me along to the 4th annual South Austin homebrew fest. It was good, although my vote was very unlike the majority (I think there was a bit of a popularity contest going on). Miles was randomly there too; apparently he is longtime friends with Matt, the host.
Today I had to go into work for a bit. I should have done more. Tomorrow will be very busy, I hope the art and photo people stop bugging me while I'm trying to write lessons.
