Someone hit me yesterday and I watched a car that passed the accident roll into a ditch. My car didn't have a scratch, I spent the remainder of the day thinking about it. I didn't cause the accident, basically the road was covered in a few inches of ice. No one was behind me at the time so i slowed my car because if i hadn't I probably would have been in the ditch also. Then of course the car behind me comes barreling down and is unable to stop. Then the car behind them and then the one that was in the ditch. So it wasn't my fault but just my occupation of that particular space at that particular moment was probably a factor. In essence i was probably the only one who wasn't at fault, I just thought it was pretty fucked up. They marked me as witness and I left.
I've been pretty busy as of late. I'm finding less time to feel sorry for myself and more time to be really frustrated. If the act of overcoming mediocrity was so simple wouldn't more people be doing it? Then again you would be presumptively naive to think that any form of security truly exists.
Watchmen comes out on the 6th. I plan on seeing it with the whole family(ryan, jenna, mike, jake, tom, chelsea, kelsee, garret,al + anna etc etc etc). I've been checking out reviews and hyping myself more then ever.
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/watchmen/If you happen to be talking loud in front of me during the movie then i might decapitate you with my bare hands because this is one of the best thing's I've ever read. The ending is changed but i've heard its really good. If you haven't read the book that's great because i want to see your reaction.
