I looked up my birthdate on Wikipedia
I have known for some time that there were a set of quintuplets born on July 27th, but it seems I also share my birthday with Triple H, as well as Cliff Curtis (the multi-talented ethnic-minoritist actor who drove his car through the front wall of my aunt's house a couple of years ago), and Gary Freakin' Gygax.
King Conrad apparently died on July 27th, 1101, but I don't know how technically accurate that is, since it was before Gregorian reckoning. Other notable deaths include Lynyrd Skynyrd (2001) and Bob Hope (2003).
It is Revolution Day in Cuba, which is kind of representative of the fact that my birthday has historically been a time of revolution, tragedy and bloodshed: the Battle of Bouvines (1214), the Glorious Revolution (1689), the First Battle of Ushant (1778), the Thermidorian Reaction (1794), the Battle of Maiwand (1880), the Centennial Olympic Park Bombing (1996), the Si Zerrouk massacre (1997), the Interlaken disaster (1999), the Ukraine Airshow disaster (2002) and the release of the Simpsons movie (2007).
