Ordered a new Dell...

...and feeling good about it. Yes, a New Dell is a big lump of cash (if you get shiny new large screen with it) but with 3 years' hardware warrantee, no fussing about whether it'll work or not, a fair price, a nice new screen, plenty of extra space, I'm happy about it. No question. I'll be transferring the cash later today

I got my new (well, outlet) dell the other day.

hm, some famous blogger is waging a war on Dell over useless
machines...

me, I'm waiting until they do what they put in their business
plan last year, and sell kit without OS (i.e. without Gatesian
evil).

Heh. Sounds pointless - they're just a company assembling PCs, after all. To get overly worked up about it seems...silly.
