commented on talitha's journalhi talitha, i tottaly understand what u meen about there being so many themes to choose from, at times, i feel alittle overwhelmed about the art gallery, in that, i guess, we bypass so many things there, yet certain things will stick out to us...
what stuck out 2 me, i couldnt take a picture of, it was in the asian art section, i took eliss down to have a look at it
it is a simple white ceramic, in a white shiny magnesium glaze.... i dont know why, but everytime i go to the gallery, i always go 2 look at this one ceramic, for sum reason, its beautiful to me, surely there are things around me, that have soooo much more history, their artists have put in more effort, yet this one peice i find amazing... what is its theme? i dont know
who made it? i dont know
whats it all about? i dont know
all i know is that for one reason or another, the shape, the colour and the soul of this peice, brings some kind of resonating into my heart....
oh and by the way.... love that pic of u next to the statue:P
