I SAVED PEOPLE IN A HORRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT TODAY!

The story:

So, I've been selling some vitamins lately, the kind that keep you awake for extended periods of time. I've made QUITE a profit. So today I was doing what I've been doing for the last week or so, and that is spending it on totally worthless shit that I really don't need. My spendings include a flat panel LCD monitor. Today I bought a new keyboard and wireless mouse and the keyboard has a FINGERPRINT READER! COOL!

I was with my best friend, Gustavo, walking out of Office Depot, and then BOOM! We both looked up and saw what turned out to be a Mercedes M-Series SUV FLIPPING ACROSS THE MEDIAN OVER APALACHEE PARKWAY!

So we didn't even stop, we fucking dropped out shit (actually I carried the keybaord with me) and SPRINTED toward the accident. I promise you that neither of us have probably EVER ran that fast before, and we were both wearing sandals.

We get to the scene in seconds after dodging a lot of traffic full of people that didn't give a shit, and we went straight to the overturned SUV. It was on its side at this point. I could see a woman standing UPRIGHT inside the car... I don't know how she ended up that way, but we both we're getting onto of the SUV trying to pry the door open... It appeared too difficult to accomplish so we forced the rear back door open and crawled inside. I went in and carefully helped the woman and her daughter out...both of them screaming. They turned out to be asian and the girl wasn't older than 16. She had a few cuts and bruised but she said her back hurt really bad and I was very concered because she couldn't sit or lay down. Her mother, who was driving, seemed ok. Thank god for side impact airbags!

It turns out a car full of black ladies jet across an intersection with no lights and simply RAMMED the SUV right in the side, a straight up T-Bone.

There was cops and firetrucks and ambulences there in a few minutes, and after about a half an hour or so we felt it was best if we left.

I'm really glad Gustavo and I helped out. Not many people stopped to help, it was just people slowly drivng by observing the scene... I really felt good afterwards and I hope everyone was OK. One woman in the other car was taken away in a strecher. Both cars totally completely destroyed, oil, gas, and antifreeze and every other fluid and GLASS was all over the road... It was really intense.

I just needed to write this out because I've been thinking about it so much since it happened and I thought I would share my good deed of the day with my friends!

yay good karma !
