Final chapter:

Ohno looked after Nino for the whole night, appeasing his nightmares and wiping the tears on his cheeks anytime the younger was crying and screaming in his sleep. They had made a big step the previous night but Ohno still wondered if Nino wasn’t going to reject him again. Hearing what his ex-lover had been though during his captivity had broken his heart but Satoshi was glad to know. Because Nino had released the traumas he had deep inside and was maybe going to move on. Ohno stroked his friend’s left hand, kissing it and thanking God or whoever existed on this earth for having protected Nino’s gift and reason to live.

“You’ve been so brave… I’m proud of you… But now, it’s about time to let me protect you like I should have ten years ago…”

Nino mumbled in his sleep and hugged him tighter, almost purring like a kitten and making Ohno laugh softly. His Kitty. Nino had always had the tendency to purr when they slept together, acting like a cat and getting the nickname of ‘Kitty’ from the older. They had gone through so hard things together Ohno still wondered how they did to be alive today. Maybe because they couldn’t live without the other. Like two soul mates.

“Everything is gonna be alright…” Ohno whispered, making Nino open his eyes.

“Wh… Ohchan?” Nino raised his chest with lost eyes.

“Do you feel better?”

“I… I fell asleep?”

“You mostly fainted… You’ve slept for 20 hours…”

“What???!!!!” Nino’s eyes widened.

“You were exhausted. Mentally and physically… You look better…” Ohno stroked the younger’s cheek softly. “I’m happy you finally remembered what happened and told me everything… even if it was hard to hear all these horrors this bastard did to you.”

“I didn’t want to remember.” Nino whispered, hugging his knees against his chest like a protection.

“I know but to move on, you had to confront what happened and to tell me how mad at me you were…”

“I was mad and at the same time, I knew you were doing your best to save me… That’s weird, ne?”

“No… And you can hate me, you have the right to… I should have protected you…”

“I never told you about the letters… You couldn’t know… I thought it was nothing, that he was just a crazy fan who would get bored if I didn’t answer…”

“Losing you during all this time has been a hell… I was tempted to jump under a train but I forbade myself to do so. I swore to your parents that I would find you and bring you back to them…”

“Are they still alive?”

“Yes. Your mom had some problems of health because of your kidnapping but your father took the right decision by taking her to Okinawa… I kept in touch with them all these years, they still suffer but they tried their best to move on and to cherish your memory…”

“I’m sure they did everything to find me… I was so close to you during two weeks… I could hear the police calling my name in the forest but Ichirou gagged me to prevent me to scream… I cried so much… It was the worst to know you were about to find us but never managed to find exactly where we were…”

“I knew you were close… I could feel it… I looked for you everywhere but the forest was too big, I almost lost my way several times…”

“Thank you.” Nino said, taking his hand.

“Eh?” Ohno stared at the younger with surprised eyes, it was the first time Nino touched him and thanked him since Ichirou’s death.

“For everything you did for me. You never gave up, you have spent ten years looking for me and you even lied to save me…”

“It’s because I love you, Kazu…”

“I have changed…” Nino whispered, looking at the sky through the window. “I’ll never be the same than before… I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to move on… But I’ll try… and if it’s possible, I would like you to bring me to my parents… I need to be with them…”

Ohno’s heart tightened but the older smiled weakly and nodded. “Of course… we’ll leave now, okay?”

“You’re not angry?”

“No, baka… I knew that finding you wouldn’t obviously mean being together again… Just knowing you are happy and safe is enough for me.” Ohno stood up and started their luggage, trying to stop the tears wanting to leave his eyes.

“Ohchan…”

“Please, don’t.” Ohno cut him off. “I don’t want your pity, Kazu. I want you to be like before, sincere. After all the traumas you went through, I want you to find the peace you deserve even if it means taking two different paths…”

“I don’t deserve someone as wonderful as you…”

“Baka… I’m not wonderful. Let’s go.”

“Now???”

“I knew you would like to see your parents. The flight tickets are already booked.” Ohno smiled and left the room to join his car, followed by Nino who still wondered how an amazing man like the older could love him. He had seen the pain in his eyes at the moment he had implied that maybe they would never be together again but it was stronger than him, he couldn’t lie to someone as honest and precious as Ohno was. It was better to hurt him now than to make him believe things that would maybe never happen. He had lived nightmares he wished to forget and had to get himself back on track if he wanted to get free from his traumas.
They stayed silent during the whole travel, Nino thanking mentally Ohno to let him get used of all these changes and mostly of his memories. His head was a total mess, his heart split between the will to be in Ohno’s arms forever and this fucking fear of getting close to a man again. He loved Ohno. He was sure of that. But the disgust he felt for himself was too strong and prevented him to be with the only person in this world who loved him with his whole heart. Exhausted, Nino fell asleep during the entire flight and woke up when Ohno softly shook him three hours later.

“They live in the center of Naha.”

“You’ve never visited them?” Nino asked while climbing in the taxi.

“No. Because I had promised that the next time I would see them, you would be with me.”

“You’re a man of promises, Ohno Satoshi.” Nino smiled.

“Not really. I haven’t protected you ten years ago like I had promised them. Let’s say I’m kind of fixing my mistake…”

“You’re too harsh with yourself…” Nino took his hand and stroked his cheek. “You’re a wonderful person and it was because of that that I fell in love with you ten years ago.”

“If you say so.” Ohno made a small smile and sent a message to Jun who was spamming his phone with ton of worried mails.

To Jun:

We’re fine. We talked a lot yesterday, he remembers everything and told me what Ichirou did to him. It was hard to hear all these horrors but it was necessary. We are in Okinawa to see his parents. I doubt he will accept me again in his life but if he is safe and happy, it doesn’t matter if our story ends. Thank you for your help, Jun-kun, because of you, Kazu will be fine. I wish I could also help you with your problems… I just can tell you to be brave and to not let Aiba go. You two love each other too much to be separated. If he lies to you, there is a good reason, I’m sure of that… Good luck and let me know how it turns for you…

Satoshi

Ohno paid the taxi and walked toward the small house, his heart beating furiously.

“Do it.” The older pushed Nino in front of the door, waiting for him to ring. Nino obeyed, his hand shaking and almost ran away when the door opened, revealing the tired face of his mother.

“Ka-…” Kazuko’s mouth opened wide, her hand gripping her tee shirt at the place of her heart.

“Tadaima…” Nino said nervously.

“KAZUNARI!!!!” The woman ran toward him and threw her arms around her son, crying and laughing at the same time.

“Kazuko, don’t scream like that, what happ…” Nino’s father mumbled before gasping.

“Kazunari?????!!!!”

“Hi, dad… I’m home…” Nino felt stupid for saying such weird words, as if he had never left the house.

“Kazu!” His father pulled them in a hug as his mother didn’t want to release him, both crying in happiness. “How is it possible?!!!”

“Ohchan told you he would bring me back to you.” Nino smiled despite the tears on his cheeks.

“Satoshi? But he isn’t with you?” Kazuko frowned.

“He is, Ohch…” Nino turned around but nobody was here, just his bag on the ground. “But he was here… Ohchan!!!!” Nino ran in the street but the older was nowhere to be seen. “Ohchan!!!!!” Nino kept calling desperately.

“Maybe he will come back… he certainly wanted to let us alone for a moment.” Kazuko said softly.

“Let’s go home, we will talk and wait for him.” His father smiled, taking his hand to make him enter the house. “We have so many questions… I still can’t believe you are here…”

“My baby is home.” Kazuko kept sobbing, wiping her eyes.

“Yes, I’m here.” Nino sat on the sofa and hugged her tightly, happiness wining his body. He had found his family. He was finally with them, inhaling his mother’s delicious smell, holding his father’s strong hand as if nothing bad had happened to him.
They talked a lot, Nino telling them everything even if it was still hard to talk about what happened. His parents cried a lot but listened to him, never releasing his hand. It was hard but freeing his traumas made him feel better and proved him that it was going to be okay now.

“You know everything…”

“Satoshi… I can’t believe he did all that to find you… We owe him the world… Why did he leave?”

“It’s my fault. I implied that maybe I would never be able to be with him again… I hurt him…” Nino wiped his tears.

“He knows it’s not to hurt him. I’m sure he will wait for you to be ready…”

“I don’t know if I’ll ever be. My body disgusts me… I have horrible nightmares… I still can see the blood on my hands… I don’t want to touch him with these dirty hands and body… he deserves so much better…”

“We won’t talk about your silly words because it would be a loss of time as you’re convinced to be right. But from now on, you’ll see a professional. You need to overcome your traumas, Kazu and it’s impossible to do it alone or just with us. Satoshi will wait for you to be ready. But for the moment, he wants you to focus on your recovery. Do it for him.” Kazuko said softly.

“Okay, mom.”

“I can’t believe you’re here…” Kazuko hugged him again.

After a wonderful dinner, his parents showed him the bedroom they had made for him when they moved here, hoping at this time that a miracle would bring him back to them. It’s appeased that Nino put his pajama, discovering a letter in his bag.

My wonderful Kitty,

When you’ll read this letter, I’ll already be in the plane to go back to Tokyo. I hope you won’t be angry at me for leaving like some kind of stealer but it would have been too hard for me to tell you goodbye. Don’t feel guilty, I knew that our story would probably never start again because of all the horrible things you went through. I was sincere when I told you that my happiness will be found in your happiness. I’m happy. Truly. Because now, you are with your family, you will be cherished like you deserve and you’re going to heal far away from the shit you were diving in by staying in this host club. You deserve the world, Kazu, I love you so damn much that it’s painful. If you want to thank me, live. Live your life, live your dreams, find your happiness and become a strong and amazing man who will treasure the important persons of his life. I let you Jun’s number because it’s him who helped me to reach you and he worries so much for you that it would be great if you could reassure him.
Live, my Kazu. Be happy, you deserve it. And remember that I’ll always love you. Say hello to your parents for me, I’m sure it was the surprise of their lives to have you in front of their house. Tell them I have hold my promise and I love them too.

Satoshi

Nino cried softly, hugging his knees against him. “Baka… I love you too.”

“I can’t handle it anymore, Sho…” Jun sobbed. After the discovering of the message on his mirror, Jun had immediately run at Sho’s apartment but for one hour, the bartender had only managed to cry.

“Calm down, Jun.”

“Something happened three years ago. I saw something I shouldn’t have or worse, I maybe did something horrible!! I’m so tired… I just want to die… Kill me, Sho… Please…”

“Shhhh…” Sho hugged him. “You have to stop feeling guilty… You didn’t do anything wrong… You’re a nice person… I’m glad I met you… Goodbye, Jun…”

“Sho?” Jun asked with a weak voice before everything became dark.

****

“Jun!!! I’m so sorry my love… Forgive me…”

“Who are you? Why do you apologize?” Jun asked.

“Goodbye, Jun…”

“Sho?!” Jun opened his eyes with a scream and gasped. “I’m in the auditorium of the university… Sho?!! Where are you?!” The bartender stood up and ran toward the stage with panic. What was the meaning of all this mess? Was he having again one of these horrible nightmares? A loud music started to resound in the whole room, making Jun freeze. What was this feeling? Why did it feel so familiar?

“Not like that, you have to turn at three, it’s better for the tempo, don’t you think?”

“Jun, come on, it will be perfect in front of this wall!” A guy exclaimed.

“Here?” Jun asked, blushing when his body touched Aiba’s one.

“Perfect! Say cheese, everybody!!!”

“CHEESE!!!” They all exclaimed. The man took the picture before Jun grabbed his bag to leave for his next class.

“Jun?” One of the guys stopped him.

“Hum?”

“Have you decided? I know I promised to be patient but… I need you…”

Jun gasped, falling on his knees. “Haruki… I remember you… We were dating for some months…

“Finally, you remember.” A voice smirked. Jun raised his head, his eyes widening at the view of the man.

“Tasuku?”

“At least, you haven’t forgotten me.” The guy chuckled, walking toward Jun. “Unlike my brother that you killed.”

“I didn’t!!! I was just in love with someone else and your brother didn’t handle it! That’s why he… he…” Jun suddenly screamed, holding his head as pictures were coming back.

Jun entered the auditorium nervously, trying to find Aiba. They had decided to meet here as the older had something very important to tell him. It wasn’t the good timing as Jun was too occupied with his problems with his boyfriend who wasn’t accepting their temporary break-up. Ending a relationship was always hard but it was worse when you had truly loved the person and wanted to break-up just because you had fallen in love with your bestfriend. Jun didn’t know if Aiba was feeling the same but couldn’t lie to his lover by staying with him without having any feeling anymore. He had always been an honest man and refused to act like a coward. Haruki was going to suffer but staying with a man you didn’t love would be even more horrible.

“Masaki? Where are you?” Jun called and walked toward the control room. “Masaki? What did you want? Masa?” The dancer kept calling his bestfriend but another voice answered.

“Jun, do you think I’m an idiot?” A voice made him jump and turned around. His boyfriend closed the door and pushed him against the wall with furious eyes.

“What do you mean?” Jun shivered.

“You don’t need to think about us. Because you love him, ne? You love Aiba!!!” Haruki punched the wall next to Jun’s head, making him freeze.

“There is nothing between us!!!”

“I saw how he was looking at you! He just wants to fuck you! But you’re mine, Jun and nobody will ever have the right to touch you!!!”

“Stop it, you’re scaring me!” Jun cried, trying to get free.

“You’re mine Jun and I’ll make sure you will never forget that. You can scream, I love it, it has always excited me and the control room is soundproof.” Haruki smirked, opening his jeans.

“Masaki!!!!” Jun screamed before everything became dark.

****

“Jun-san, Jun-san!” A voice made Jun open his eyes and with a scream, Jun moved back, holding his naked body tightly. “What have you done???!!!” The guy cried.
Jun looked at him with lost eyes and lowered his head, a scream leaving his throat. Haruki was on the ground, a pool of blood under his head. “Ha-ruki?”

“You’ve killed him! He doesn’t move!! I can’t feel his pulse!”

“He… he raped me… I…” Jun moaned, holding his painful head. “I tried to make him stop… I… There was this bar… I just hit him to make him stop!!!”

“So, it’s true.” The guy smirked.

“Wh-at?”

“That you’re only a slut who opens his legs for any dick that crosses your way. I was sure Haruki had discovered who you really were. You dated him, fucked him and after you tried to have Aiba. What a naughty bitch we have. It would be unfair if I hadn’t my share.”

“Daichi… No…” Jun gasped, moving up in fear.

“What? You prefer I call the police and tell them you have killed your boyfriend?” Daichi grinned. “Or you prefer to please me. I promise you I won’t say anything.” The older climbed on Jun who, with a scream, managed to hit him roughly and ran out of the room. “No need to run, Jun, the university is empty, nobody will come to save you!” Daichi laughed, following him toward the stage.

“Don’t touch me!!!” Jun cried.

“Or what? You will call your dear Aiba-chan? He won’t come, Jun, he just wanted to fuck you like all the men who cross your way. You’re nothing else than a slut, I’m sure you even stole me the main role of the show just because you fucked the teacher! I deserved this role, I’m a better dancer than you! Now, be a good boy, let me fuck you and forget this role.”

Jun cried, moving back and trying to cover his body with his ripped shirt. What had he done to deserve that? The dancer closed his eyes painfully when Daichi climbed on him and started to lick his neck, making him cry and struggle.

“Don’t touch him!!” A powerful hand grabbed Daichi by his collar and threw him on the ground.

“Masaki…” Jun sobbed, curling in a ball.

“So annoying, why did you come?” Daichi sighed. “I wanted to fuck him.”

“Leave before I cut your balls myself!” Aiba yelled with hatred.

“You’re too late my dear, someone already fucked him. If you’re a good boy and let me have him, I won’t call the police for the murder he’s committed. You can even watch, you’ll have your share right after.” Daichi grinned, punching Aiba and walking toward Jun. “Now, let’s have fun, cutie bitch.”

“Don’t touch me!!!” Jun cried, kicking him and moving back until Aiba stood up and grabbed the man’s collar.

“Leave before I kill you. And if you tell anything to the police, we’ll fill a complaint for rape.” Aiba said coldly.

“You still can try. I have some high-level’s friends in the police. We’ll see who they believe. A slut who has killed his own boyfriend or me, the man who did everything to tried to stop him.” Daichi smirked.

“Then, see you in hell, bastard.” Aiba whispered before pushing him roughly, making Daichi fall from the stage in the pit. The guy screamed before everything become quiet. “Jun…” Masaki ran toward his friend who was crying and shaking in fear before fainting.

“Haruki raped me. He had discovered my feelings for Aiba and despite my honesty, did the worst thing he could do to me. He raped me. I tried to make him stop… I hit him to run away but he… he died… I didn’t want to kill him… I just wanted to make him stop…” Jun sobbed.

“You betrayed him!!! He loved you!!!”

“No!!!!” Jun screamed. “He was turning colder since I had won the main role of the show. He was jealous, repeating he was the best dancer… he started to change, he didn’t accept my friends…”

“You’ve always loved Aiba!!! Haruki told me it wasn’t just a simple friendship between you two!!!”

“I loved Haruki… we didn’t date long but I loved him… it’s just that I didn’t want to accept my real feelings for Masaki… I didn’t want to see the reality… when your brother started to change, I decided to stop this mess and broke up. I hadn’t even planned to confess to Masa but I refused to lie to Haruki. It was an accident, I hadn’t planned to kill him! And then, Daichi found us and blackmailed me. He also tried to rape me in exchange of his silence, saying I was just a bitch made for cocks.” Jun stood up and moved back.

“Because you are. And now, you’re going to pay.” Tasuku smirked.

“If I was you, I wouldn’t approach him.” A voice snapped. Tasuku turned around to discover Yoshiro holding his gun toward him.

“Inspector, how are you?”

“Raise your hands, Tasuku, it’s over.”

“I’m innocent! This man is a killer and his lover too!”

“You were going to kill him. Now, move back and raise your hands.”

“You knew what really happened. You were the cope who destroyed the proofs of their murders!”

“I helped to, yes. Because your brother raped him and Daichi was going to do the same. They deserved what happened to them. I was so surprised when I discovered Daichi’s corpse. Only four persons knew what had happened this night and one of them didn’t even remember. It took me some days to understand but what confirmed my theory was the picture. I knew it was linked to Daichi and Haruki who was on this photo. After some researches, I discovered he had an older brother, you.”

“How did you guess we would be here tonight?” Tasuku frowned.

“Because I called him.” A voice said behind them.

“Sho?!” Jun gasped.

“I’m sorry, Jun.” Sho smiled softly from his seat. “Daichi was my cousin. At his disappearance, his mother called me to have some help as the police had closed the case. I made my investigation and understood you were linked to his ‘runaway’. But for my biggest surprise, you didn’t remember anything about what happened three years ago. I decided to get close to you to help you remember and to have my answers.”

“You lied…” Jun whispered painfully.

“I did. But I knew you hadn’t done anything wrong. You’re a too nice person to hurt someone, Jun. The love you have for Aiba is wonderful and should be cherished. I know now that my cousin was only a piece of shit and I don’t blame Aiba for what happened.” Sho stood up, ready to leave.

“You leave?”

“Yes. I have what wanted to know. Be happy, Jun, you deserve it. Aiba and Nagase will be here in some minutes.”

“Will we see each other again?” Jun asked softly.

“Who knows? If one day you need a psychologist, maybe I’ll be here to help you.” Sho winked and left.

“Jun!!!” Masaki’s voice resounded in the auditorium but Jun’s view blurred before everything became dark.

To be continued…

A/N: Hi!!! I’m back after two long months and I’m deeply sorry for the readers who were waiting for this chapter with impatience. TBH, this chapter is over since a long time but I didn’t have the will to post it as I had the feeling nobody was reading this fic anymore >< I almost decided to stop it but it would have been cruel for the few readers who still read it :/ And when I decided to post this chapter, my exams were coming and I had to work a lot so, I’m posting now as it’s finally over.
I hope you will like this ‘final chapter’, it’s not really the end as you will have more revelations about Junba’s past in the epilogue and of course, you will have the conclusion concerning Ohno and Nino (and also Jun and Aiba) J
Of course, I’ll post the epilogue quickly this time so nobody will wait too long to have all the answers and to know if our two couples will be strong enough to take a new start together J
See you next week, comments are always loved, even short ones, like that we know if there are readers who read the fic and also like it or not J
