So, due to my illness, I forgot to write in my hours at work for this week. At the same time, I'd had it in the back of my head to take a mental health week, after Christmas and after inventory. More errands to run today: picking up my paycheck and cashing in some bottles and cans found while I was cleaning the yard. Also crossed paths with the UPS delivery man, who was tied up in knots trying to find our hard to find house. Just discovered that one of my favorite composers, Henryk Gorecki, passed away back in November. Am rather disheartened that I did not find this out sooner, but here's a quote from him that I find particularly moving, on the creative process and ones audience:
