Back in the fic-saddle and the anime-watching saddle again

Posted my first fic in weeks: [Good Omens] "You Call *THIS* Fiction??" (PG-13), written for a lonely prompt on comment_fic. They've changed their weekly format, with a Rerun Day on Wednesday, where folks can link lonely prompts which they've wanted to see filled: I'd wanted to fill that particular prompt, but I misplaced the link. But! looks like I had a second chance after all. I'm quite pleased with this fic, and it's inspiring me to re-read the book.

Also got back to marathon-style anime watching. Just finished up the Eighties classing Maison Ikkoku, which is a delightful slice of life/romantic series about a college student who falls for a lovely young widow who manages an eccentric boarding house inhabited by eccentric people. Very sweet story with lovable characters -- and some interesting Hey, It's That Voice moments (Light Yagami as a bumbling college boy who goes on to work as a preschool teacher? Gets even funnier since one arc deals with a teenaged tsundere whose last name is Yagami!).
