Banking Woes

I'm annoyed. I have been paying my bills online for ages. So, Tim and I go get a new account, and we moved almost all the money into the new account, where I planned to pay the bills from.

I can't access it to send payment to my mortgage company. Annoyed does NOT do it justice. I'm pissy about this. So, I call the bank. "Oh, no problem. Get that fixed instantly for you." 20 minutes on the phone, and they tell me to sign in with my SS# and my pin. Try it. Says I don't have an account I can use BillPay from.

Call again, this time to online BillPay support, who transfer me to the main online support, who say "Okay, that's set up. Could take a full day to update, though."

Ummm... hello? I need to pay this bill. I'm already later than all get out, and I hate being late at all. Grrrrrr...

But, at least the account is set up, they tell me. I'll find out when I try later. I hope so, because I'm sick and tired and I wouldn't enjoy the killing spree much. ;)

Oh, took Tim a jar of peanut butter and a giant jug of ice water. He should be back tomorrow night. :)
