Another Day...
Well, Tim's company kissed ass royal this morning. The boss appologized for the very unprofessional handling of his orientation, and the attitude he got from the dispatcher this morning. Plus, we figured out the pay bullshit. It still isn't quite right, but should be by next payday.
He's on his way to Minneapolis today. He'll unload there tomorrow morning, and hopefully they'll have a load heading back for him the same day. I've already told him that, if his pay is screwy again, OR they screw him up and keep him out for a week and a half again, they'll deal with ME. And they really, truly don't want that.
Oh, and it isn't my allergies. I'm sick. Just a viral thang, but I'm sick, so, I'll wait to go job hunting until this clears up. Charming. It's alright, though. Gives me time to revamp the resume, and I'm going to start working on the next big thing artistically speaking. Which I'll describe elsewhere, as it doesn't belong here.
Oh, and they got him a cell to use on the road. He's not really supposed to call me with it, but he will. We'll keep it short, but not hearing from him, or having to run like a headless chicken over to Missy's everyday to catch his call isn't gonna work too well, and if they'd like to deduct the cost of the minutes, fine.
