Just So Absent Minded!
These days, I'm getting more and more absent-minded!
Yesterday afternoon, I made use of Ethan's afternoon nap to complete a Giraffe puppet. When he woke up, I gave him the puppet to play with it. After a while, Ethan returned it to me. Then, it was time to bathe Ethan, feed him, blah, blah, blah.... And before I knew it, I couldn't find that puppet anymore! I spent the whole night looking for it - couldn't find it :( I'm so upset cos' it didn't even last for a day before it was lost. I tried to back tracked where I went and what I did - I couldn't quite remember.
This morning, when Ethan woke up, I asked him.
Me: Ethan, do you know where is the giraffe puppet?
E: Here. (pointing in the air)
Me: Where? Can you tell mummy?
E: I don't want.
Me: ??!!??
Sigh! I guess I can't dig it out of Ethan. He has limited vocab. Came back this evening and looked for it. Still can't find it.
I guess I'd just have to make another one now.
