Today went by ridiculously fast. Seriously, I have no idea where the time went. Did some tutoring in the morning. Some not so normal stuff. It was from the History of Mathematics prior to AD 1640 and we were solving area questions using a babylonian method. It was... different. Then I had my Rings and Fields class which is always lots of fun. The prof was saying how she keeps getting the urge to say things like "Okay girls, so what are we doing next? Okay girls, let's get started". She's quite excited about having an all girl class, and she has two young daughters at home so she's saying things like that all the time.
At lunch was my stats lab. I waited around for 30 minutes and when no one came I left a message on the board for them to go next door if they came for the lab and I went next door to watch a NUMB3RS episode we were showing. And it was rather fortuitous too because at the showing Sally came by with two free tickets to the Rocky Horror Picture Show at the MTC tonight. So now I'm going with my dad tonight. Should be fun. I've never seen it before.
Then the day ended off with my calculus lab. The group that comes out to the lab is a fun group and I think my odd-ness amuses them so every one wins out. There was one really cute question, I thought anyways, that they asked me to do from the text. Bear in mind, this is only intro calc. "Let f be an odd continuous function that's differentiable on (-b, b). Show that there is a c such that f'(c)=f(b)/b"
But what I'm really excited for is tomorrow when I go to ram wools where they're having a 30% off the entire store sale, mmmm...wool. I'll be in heaven. Not that I don't have enough wool and projects to keep me occupied for like half a year but that's totally beside the point! You can never have enough good quality wool. SWS wool, here I come!
