Hey all...just felt like popping in and dropping a line. Have made it through my first week at the MONroe rotation. It is good, so far. The old vets at the clinic call us 'movie stars' and are fun to work with. We interview them and take their blood pressures and then check out their labs and fix their drug dosages and stuff like that. It is interesting and I like the people I am working with. Plus, Lucky is the other student so that is awesome. Of course, I have already called her Lucky in front of the teacher so I had to explain her nickname so he didn't think she was Lucky aka she got lucky with guys. (and of course the explanation of her nickname is that Cletus spoke to her and touched her on the shoulder so I sounded 'real' sane after that)
Anyways, been having fun up here and trying to cram in study time. Getting headaches which is bad and am already not on speaking terms with the cat. Though, am still on speaking terms with both dogs, so that is good. Trying to jack up my dose of antiseizure and antimigraine meds again but it is making me feel loopy and crazy so I don't know what to do.
All I want is for it to be Halloween so I can be Madonna (as always) and I can take hatas down. Miss everyone! Felt like posting some pics I just found from a few weekends ago that made me giggle. I love weaponry props!
