I didn't have my court date on the 7th, because the day before Larry's lawyer asked that it be delayed and then appealed so it was delayed. My lawyer says its just a jerk-around tactic, and looks good for us. That it'll be reviewed, denied, and then a new date will be set. I should hopefully get that next week. Dumbass.
