Look at Star! August 2008: Nakamaru's interview
I've been willing to translate this until his show will begin, and finally I could do it.
I can't believe that it will begin within 3 days, and he himself might not either!

The Stageplay Nakamaru-kun's Fun Time'
From KAT-TUN, a new killer was sent to the theatrical world.
His name is Yuichi NAKAMARU.
Surprisingly, he is going to challenge the solo stage.
However, he seems to be worried that "if I call it THEATRICAL DRAMA, lots of people will scold at me...".
We are looking forward to seeing what will be shown on this stage.
When I saw the newspapers saying 'Nakamaru is going to challenge his solo theatrical drama', I was disturbed.
I wondered if I could call a comic short play as a theatrical drama(LAUGH).
This time within 90 minutes, I included a lot of what I want to do.
First of all, music performances.
Surely I will perform my human beatbox, and..., I'm planning the comic short play(LAUGH).
If I can put on airs a lot, I want you to call this stage as 'Solo Entertainment Show'.
After we had passed the last year, I was told about the solo stage for the first time.
However, at that time I hadn't believed it yet.
I have watched the solo stages by Masuta(Takahisa) from NEWS and some other fellows in our office, and every time I thought "it was really interesting, but the performer must be having the hard time".
However, when I went to the Globe Tokyo to watch the stage by Yasuda(Shota) from Kanjani8, the staff there said to me "thank you in advance for our next time", and I was surprised....
But, I am frankly happy to be chosen as '(we will try with) Nakamaru'.
Once it was confirmed, I decided to enjoy it as much as I can, that the title of itself is simply 'Nakamaru-kun's Fun Time'.
But once we started the lesson, I regretted with this title a bit....
(Making) comic short play is really hard!
For me, performing my human beatbox for 90 minutes must be easier(LAUGH).
I'm already near to cry at the rehearsal.
The staff never grin at my performance....
Well, I know they are just seriously checking my performance.
However, for me who is a beginner with the comic short play, it must be better for them to giggle a bis so that I can have a confidence(LAUGH).
Now, I am thinking only about the stage from the morning I wake up until I go to bed.
The only time when I can forget everything and relax myself is during KAT-TUN's concert.
If the members hear it, I will be hit by all ot once(LAUGH).
This experience will become my fortune someday
This is my first experience to work from zero to 100 under my leadership.
In KAT-TUN, I tend to rely on the other 5.
This time, I am fixing the fairly detailed points.
For example, when to turn the lighting on and the sign to play the sound.
This experience to work all with my responsibility will become my fortune someday.
Well, I am a taking part to plan the goods sold at the theater.
My recommendation is the Trump(*playing card).
I have drawn the original illustration for all the 52 cards.
I thought I would die(LAUGH).
I drew them bloody-hard that please watch them on your hands.
One more point which I stuck is the speakers in the theater.
The width of the Globe Tokyo is proper to enjoy the human beatbox.
This is the chance to deliver the delicate sounds which can't be heard in the arena or the dome sized width, that I asked the Public Address staff to prepare the good speakers.
KAT-TUN's 1st concert became my start of the human beatbox.
We decided to sing as a cappella and when we divided the parts, I took a part for voice percussion, and after my research, I encountered the human beatbox.
I started this performance because I was needed, but now I am considering it the best way to express what I want to do.
It depends on you the audience if my stage will be succeed..., if I say like this, the severe staff will yell at me(LAUGH), but I am willing to construct our fun time with all of you from my heart.

Memory at the club activity (*seems to be a question for all the actors on this issue)
I concentrated on soccer from the 3rd grade at the elementary school until the 3rd grade at the junior high school.
When I was at the 6th grade at the elementary school, at the final game for the championship, our free kick at the injury time was succeed then we came from the behind and won the championship!
It was like a drama.
The kicker of that shoot isn't me though(LAUGH).
I can't believe that it will begin within 3 days, and he himself might not either!
